Privacy Policy
Effective version: 2026-08-08
This policy explains how ASEAN AI Assistant handles information when small businesses and freelancers use the service. It is an operational launch draft and should be reviewed for the operator's final legal entity and contact details before public launch.
Information we process
We process account details such as email address, profile preferences, workspace membership, subscription status, and security records needed to operate the service.
We also process prompts, generated content, conversation history, token usage, payment references, and technical logs. Do not submit passwords, payment card data, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in prompts.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide AI features, localize the product, enforce usage limits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents, and improve service reliability.
Service providers and international processing
The service relies on providers including Supabase for authentication, NewAPI-compatible AI infrastructure, hosting and database providers, and Rainbow Payment when payments are enabled. Processing may occur outside your country, subject to the provider and deployment region selected by the operator.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for service delivery, security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, audit records, backups, and restricted administrator access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update profile information in the product and may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the official support channel published by the service operator. Some records may be retained when required for security, payment, or legal compliance.
Children and policy changes
The service is intended for business users and not for children. Material changes will be published with a new effective version; renewed consent may be requested when appropriate.
