You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and workspace.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You must review output before publishing or relying on it. The service does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and it must not be used to make high-impact decisions without qualified human review.

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive activity; attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls; or interfere with the service or other users.

Plans include stated usage allowances. Usage is measured by recorded AI tokens and may be limited when the allowance is exhausted. Paid plan activation occurs only after a valid server-to-server payment confirmation. Fees, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown at checkout apply to the purchase.

The service may change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, provider availability, or business reasons. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You retain rights in content you submit, subject to permissions needed to operate the service. The product, interface, and underlying software remain the operator's property. Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, abuse, non-payment, or security risk.
